Whichever location you choose within our land, you will have complete exclusive use of that site.
Yes, we have 20 hard standing spaces available, and an over flow carpark available, if needed!
We have rates at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, located in Bletchley. We also work with the local B&B, Yew Tree Farm, who are only 3 minutes away! There is also plenty of accommodation surrounding Tip Top Venues all within a 15-minute drive.
On Friday & Saturday nights we allow music until 12:00am
With our 5-day hire package, this allows you to come on site two days prior to the event to begin setting up.
We can allow your suppliers on-site from 9am. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept deliveries any day other than the day of your event.
This again would be dependent on whether we have another event booked in. If we do not, then we are more than happy for you to make a weekend of it and extend your hire!
We are a 7-minute drive from Bletchley train station and a 15-minute drive from Milton Keynes Central train station. We are also only 15-minutes from the M1.
Power is not included within the hire, as every event is so different in terms of the power requirements. But don’t panic! This is easily arranged with our suppliers.
We ask that the bar closes by 12:00am and the site must be vacated by 12:30am
We provide luxury toilets for you and are included within the package.
We have three caterers on site for you to choose from; Goose & Berry, Hungry Hog and Stratton’s Catering.
No, we do not, we only ask that you use either Country Tipis, or Exquisite Cocktails to provide your bar services on site.
Fireworks are not permitted on site, we wouldn’t want to cause any disturbance to wildlife on the farm, or cause any distress to the horses in the nearby fields.
