Enjoy a unique enchanting experience like no other, as we host our exclusive Christmas parties, miles away from the traditional office event! Our tipis are the perfect pop-up venue in Milton Keynes to celebrate the festive season in style, enjoying in a new party experience.

Companies who book are in for a treat, with a variety of street food vendors to choose from, you can have anything from festive-inspired burgers, to German sourced sausages, the choice is yours; you have the opportunity to make the event your own.

So, gather in our tipis, feast on our food and enjoy music from the K&P Events Team, who will have everyone dancing all night long and Jinglin’ All The Way home!

The festive Nordic Tipis will be ready for you at approximately 6:45pm and the event will finish at 11:45pm.

The bar will close at 11:45pm.

Yes. We have luxury toilets positioned next to the Tipis.

Tickets are required to gain access into the party. Failure to present tickets to security will result in refused entry.

The standard ticket price will include the following;

However, depending on your company and what they are looking for, there are many add ons available to choose from on our website to make your Christmas extravaganza vision come to life!

Maximum guest numbers for our exclusive Christmas parties would be 380 guests.

Minimum guest numbers for our exclusive Christmas parties would be 40 guests.

We require 25% deposit to secure any bookings. This deposit is non-refundable.

Final balance is due two weeks prior to the event.

No one under the age of 18 is permitted to attend the event.

Our venue offers free parking on site.

We advise that guests use our taxi firm that is on site here at Tip Top Venues, Royal Cabs. We understand that plans can change all the time so, if there is a need to leave your car overnight then we have 30 car parking spaces that come on a first come, first serve basis.

We work with you to tailor your menu, based on your personal requirements. We can provide everything from Christmas inspired burgers to freshly prepared wood oven pizzas.

Our very trusty recommended caterers are all able to provide meals for those who have specific and certain dietary requirements.

Smoking is not permitted inside the Tipi at all times. We ask that if any visitors want to smoke if they could please move away from the crowd to smoke in the designated smoking area out of respect for the other guests that are attending.

The Rusty Nail bar accepts both cash and cards.

If you would like to pre-order drinks for your team, either tokens or a bar tab can be arranged prior to the event.
