Here at Tip Top Venues, we like to give you as much creative freedom as possible, so we only ask that you use one of our recommended caterers, the rest is over to you to decide. All of our packages give you exclusive use of the location, allowing you the time to add your personal touches. To ensure that your vision comes true!

Whichever location you choose within our land, you will have complete exclusive use of that site.

We have parking available for cars, on the field opposite Lakeside. Cars must be collected by 10:30am the following day.

We have rates at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, located in Bletchley. We also work with the local B&B, Yew Tree Farm, who are only 3 minutes away! There is also plenty of accommodation surrounding Tip Top Venues all within a 15-minute drive.

Yes, Royal Cabs 01908 563563 are based on site, so be sure to arrange transport with them!

Our Weekend Hire (2-day hire) you get access from 10am – 3pm the day before the Wedding to set-up.

We ask that the bar closes by 11:45pm (on Saturdays) and the site must be vacated by 12:15am

Yes, furniture is included within our packages! We offer folded hand-made wooden tables and chairs for you and your guests! You are also able to add seat pads to your chairs at an additional cost. We don’t charge extra for evening guests, so choose your package based on your day guest numbers.

We can allow your suppliers on-site from 10:30am on the day of your Wedding. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept deliveries any day other than the days you have hired the venue for.

This again would be dependent on whether we have another event booked in. If we do not, then we are more than happy for you to make a weekend of it and extend your hire!

We are a 7-minute drive from Bletchley train station and a 15-minute drive from Milton Keynes Central train station. We are also only 15-minutes from the M1.

Power is included with the hire of Lakeside, we have a 40KVA generator included for the lighting in the tipis, the bar and the band and/or DJ. If you think you need more, don’t panic, we can help you arrange this with our suppliers!

Yes! We have all kinds of events here, from private parties to festivals and bar mitzvahs!

We provide luxury toilets for you and are included within the package.

We do ask that you use one of our recommended caterers. With seven handpicked caterers to choose from, our caters specialise in curating menus that reflect your tastes and preferences.

We have a range of caterers for you to choose from; Hungry Hog, Goose & Berry, The Brothers Supper, Wood Fired Wonders, The Rub BBQ, Gourmet Dinner, & Bandit Street Food.

We have a fully stocked and licenced bar, The Rusty Nail.

Fireworks are not permitted on site, we wouldn’t want to cause any disturbance to wildlife on the farm, or cause any distress to the horses in the nearby fields.

The tipis are waterproof – YAY!  They provide a great shelter from the wind and rain, so you needn’t worry. You even have the option to add in an indoor fire place as an extra!

Yes, The Rusty Nail Bar accepts both cash and card payments.

Yes, although as we’re based outside the walkway can be a little bumpy! Our luxury portable toilets aren’t fitted with disabled toilets as standard, so if you require 0ne, we’ll add this on to your booking.
