  • 11:00 – Time to pack up and head home

The campsite address Tip Top Venues, Drayton Road, Newton Longville, Milton Keynes, MK17 0BU. When you arrive on the estate, drive through the gates and to the end of the drive. Continue forwards, keeping your eyes peeled for our purple Tip Top Venues signs. In front of you, you will see a single track into the countryside, head down the track (it’s a good few minutes drive) and you will see the car park on your right-hand side.

We’re used to rain in the UK, so all the glamping tents are waterproof to protect you from the great British weather! If it does rain, remember to keep your tent zipped up to stop the rain getting in. The rain won’t stop us having fun!

Arrivals are from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. Check out is by 10:30am on the day of departure

We’ve popped deckchairs outside each of the tents for you to eat, drink & relax in. But you’re welcome to bring along a picnic blank if you want to bring the food to the floor!

Dinner is served between 6pm – 6:45pm

Breakfast will be served to your tents at 9am-9:30am. Tea & Coffee will be available to purchase from 8am on site.

The Rusty Nail bar will be open from 4pm serving cocktails and chilled beverages. No drinks to be bought on to site.

Yes, of course, if you like a midnight snack, come prepared! It is your responsibility to take away any items you bring on to the Glamp site. The farm is involved in lots of wildlife projects, so please don’t leave your rubbish anywhere than a bin!

Absolutely! The Brothers Supper have veggie options available, so check these out on the menu.

The toilets are within 200 meters of the campsite. The toilets will be cleaned continuously throughout the day and night to ensure the highest standard by our dedicated cleaning staff. Antibacterial gel will be provided and guests much use hand gel before entering and exiting the facilities on site.

No, there will be no showers on site.

A torch is handy for walking to the toilets at night and even in the Summer the evenings can get a little chilly, so bring along a good amount of clothes to layer up!

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on site.

The First Aid box will be located at the bar and there will always be First Aid trained staff on site to assist.

Yes, we accept large, exclusive group bookings for 40 or more guests. You will receive a 5% large group discount when 40-60 guests are booking. With a large group bookings, we require a security deposit of £800 per large booking. This will be held until after the event, if there is no damage made during your stay, the Monday after the event the deposit will be released and returned. Please refer to our T’s and C’s for more information.

No smoking or vaping in the tents please.

Yes over 18’s only to this event.

There is no power source for guests available at the site we recommend bringing a portable phone charger. There is no wifi available.

Payments are to be paid via BACS.

Bookings are non-refundable

We request a £50 damage waiver against each tent booking. This will be held until after the event, if there is no damage made during your stay, the Monday after the event the deposit will be released and returned. Please refer to our T’s and C’s for more information.

Fear not, The Brother Supper can provide a veggie portion for one person, so everyone’s happy!

Sorry, but the package includes your overnight stay, we don’t offer day only packages.

We will be doing our upmost to ensure the safety of our guests at GlampFest, and ask that all guests adhere to social distancing measures. All tents will have an extended pitch size to ensure there is no over crowding. 

Each tent will be encouraged to remain outside their tent and to stay within their bubble (unless the government has advised differently by the time the event runs). If you have booked as a group, you’re tents will be beside one another. 

The bar will have two stations and we ask that if there is a queue, you remain 2-metres apart whilst waiting.

Your dinner and breakfast will be hand delivered to your tent.

The tents will be set up in circles, with the DJ in the middle, allowing you full view so you to dance the night away outside your tent without having to break any social distancing rules.
