Tipi Weekend Hire

How does it work?

With our weekend-hire packages, you will get access to the venue the day before your special day from 10am to 3pm, to allow you time to add your personal touches and to ensure your vision comes true. On your Wedding Day, your suppliers will have access from 10:30am to begin their set up, they will be greeted onsite by our team to assist them, so you can switch off and relax into your morning Wedding preparations. The night must come to an end, with the music finishing at quarter to Midnight and then the venue closing at 12am (at weekends).

We’re lucky enough to have a cab company based on site and they ensure all guests get home and then the venue is closed and locked by our security team. The following morning, our team will be onsite for any guests that left their cars overnight and for any leftover items to be collected.

Food & Drink

Here at Tip Top Venues, we like to give you as much creative freedom as possible with our weekend-hire packages and exclusive use of our Lakeside location. We do ask that you use one of our recommended catering suppliers, but the rest is over to you decide. With seven handpicked caterers to choose from, whether your vision is an elegant plated dinner, a family style inspired buffet, or a rustic food truck, our caterers specialise in curating menus that reflect your tastes and preferences.

We’re lucky enough to have an inhouse licensed bar, offering a seamless service experience. We understand that every couple is unique and your preferences may vary, which is why we offer personalised bar packages that can be tailored to your needs. Our attentive and helpful staff are committed to ensuring that your guests glasses are always full!
